It is with great sadness we, the reunion committee, have had to make the tough decision to postpone our reunion which was scheduled for the 16 May 2020, but with the current situation around Covid-19 and our current lockdown status in New Zealand and the fact a number of our attendees are over 70, we have no other choice than to postpone our reunion until safer times for all. And our priority is to keep everyone safe.
With this in mind we have decided to take it out 1 year to make it the corresponding weekend in May 2021 so on that note please make a booking in your diary now for Saturday 15th May 2021.
We did look at various dates but with so much unknown at this stage we decided to give ourselves a better chance of not having to postpone again.
The reunion will still be held at the Ascot Park Hotel as originally planned and they have agreed to transfer all bookings out 1 year this will include the accommodation availability.
I will confirm as soon as I have spoken to the Ascot that those who have booked their accommodation already, that these bookings will be transferred out a year also.
If you have paid and wish to leave your money with us, we thank you. But should you wish to obtain a refund, at this stage we will only be refunding the dinner value of $55.00 per head. We will retain the registration fee as we have already had expenses from this portion of our income to secure options for the reunion.
If you wish a refund then please email myself (bakersacres@xtra.co.nz) or reply to this email with your details and Bank account details and we will refund you directly to your bank account.

We would really appreciated payment of your registration fee/s as soon as possible.
On that note, just a reminder Registration is $30.00 per person attending not just ex-employees.
We will be in touch with you in due course if you have not paid anything yet or made a partial payment nearer May 2021 to collect your payment.
If you know of any of your friends or associates that have said they were coming but have yet to register please pass this detail on to them and let them know the new date, better still get them to head to our web site (which will be updated) http://sfc.nz/ and get registered, this way we can keep in touch with everyone. If we don’t have their details we can’t keep in touch and they may miss out on vital information.
